Alien Enemies winding up Ordinance 1914. The law stipulates that all enemy Firms are to be liquidated at once.

Under the enemy Firms are those which are registered as Limited Companies in The Royal British Colonies. if at least a third of the Shares or the Directors are German or Austrian Hungarian.

The Liquidator has to sell all values and to liquidate the Firm or Limited Zompany. He obtains commission.

He has to send up his Accounts and to send the money to the Bank which is appointed by the Governor.

After that all the books, letters, accounts and docu- ments, having belonged to such an enemy Firm or Limited Company have to be destroyed.
